Our hourly care services
We put into consideration the time at which you like to wake in the morning, the times that you prefer to eat, medication management, continence care and the time at which you like to go back to bed at night; Your preferred care plan will take account of your daily routines.
We aim to ensure that the people who use services are involved in the care that they receive and that the right to make or influence decisions is respected at all times. Domiciliary care calls are expected to last for the full duration as detailed in the care plan and start and finish times are recorded at each visit.
All care staff are carefully selected and CRB checked prior to employment.
There is no minimum period of which you are required to agree to and no fixed contract. All that is required is that should you need to cancel an agreed call you give 48-hour notice.
